Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Naulo Suman Tours and Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our valued customers while ensuring we can continue providing high-quality services.

1. Cancellation by the Customers

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (via email or official communication channel). Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (Booking fee will be refundable as a credit note with a one-time use validity on any of your upcoming tour with us).
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost will be charged. (No refund on the Booking amount).
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total booking cost will be charged. (No refund on the Booking amount).
• Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total booking cost will be charged.

Note: Some services (e.g., flight tickets, hotel bookings, permits) may be non-refundable as per the policies of our partners. These charges will be in addition to the above.

2. Cancellation by Naulo Suman Tours and Travels

In rare circumstances, we may have to cancel a trip due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, political instability, insufficient bookings, etc.). In such cases, we will offer:

• No refund of the booking amount under any circumstances.
• We will assist you in making any alternative arrangements

We will not be liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred (e.g., visa fees, personal purchases, insurance, etc.).

3. Changes to Bookings

• Date changes and itinerary modifications may be possible, subject to availability and supplier policies.
• Any additional costs arising from changes will be borne by the traveller.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after receiving your cancellation request and necessary details.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
