By booking with Naulo Suman Tours and Travels (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.


1. Booking & Payment Terms

  1. Booking Deposit
    • For bookings made 60 days or more before departure, a non-refundable deposit of 10,000 is required to secure your reservation.
  2. Progressive Payments
    • 45–31 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost must be paid.
    • 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of booking.
  3. Failure to Pay
    • If payment is not received by the stated deadlines, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund of amounts already paid.
  4. Payment Methods
    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or approved payment platforms. Bank fees or transfer charges will be borne by the traveller.

2. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are based on the number of people (pax) stated in the confirmed itinerary.
  • Any change in the number of travellers (pax) will result in a price adjustment; if the number of travellers decreases, the per-person price will increase accordingly.
  • Prices are subject to change if there are significant increases in supplier costs, taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency exchange rates.

3. Changes & Amendments

  • All requests for changes (dates, itineraries, or services) must be made in writing and are subject to availability and supplier approval.
  • Additional costs arising from changes will be paid by the traveller.
  • Reductions in trip duration or inclusions do not guarantee a refund.

4. Responsibilities of Naulo Suman Tours and Travels

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by suppliers or events beyond our control, including force majeure circumstances.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid to us for the booking in question.

5. Responsibilities of the Traveler

  • Ensure you have valid travel documents (passports, visas, permits) before travel.
  • Comply with all local laws, customs, and regulations during your trip.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements before booking.
  • Behave respectfully toward other travellers, staff, and local communities.

6.Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior during tours. Any misconduct will result in immediate cancellation of services without refund

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide services in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest or war
  • Strikes or labour disputes
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Government actions or travel restrictions
